Ticket Purchase

2.1 How do I purchase tickets on Poinu?

Simply select an event, choose your ticket type, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment using one of our supported payment methods.

2.2 What payment methods are accepted?

Poinu supports multiple payment options, including:

  • UPI
  • GPay
  • Bank Transfers

Available options may vary by region and event.

2.3 Will I receive a confirmation after purchase?

Yes. Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email, and your tickets will be available in your Poinu account under My Orders.

Tickets & Entry

3.1 How do I access my tickets?

Tickets can be accessed digitally through your Poinu account. Some events may also offer physical ticket delivery.

3.2 Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Ticket transfer availability depends on the event organizer’s policy. If enabled, you will see a Transfer Ticket option in your order details.

3.3 What if I lose my ticket?

Digital tickets can always be re-accessed through your Poinu account. For physical tickets, please contact customer support.

Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 Are tickets refundable?

Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer’s refund policy. Please review the refund terms on the event page before purchasing.

4.2 What happens if an event is canceled?

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, eligible customers will typically receive a full refund, including service fees, within 10–15 business days.

4.3 What if an event is postponed or rescheduled?

Your ticket will usually remain valid for the new date. Refund options, if any, depend on the organizer’s policy and will be communicated via email.

4.4 How long does a refund take?

Account & Security

5.1 Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Poinu uses secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

5.2 How do I update my account details?

Log in to your Poinu account and navigate to Account Settings to update your personal information.

5.3 I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 How can I list my event on Poinu?

Event organizers can register on Poinu and submit event details for approval. Once approved, tickets can be sold directly through the platform.

7.2 When do organizers receive payouts?

Payout schedules vary depending on the organizer agreement and event type. Detailed payout information is available in the organizer dashboard.
