Tickets can be accessed digitally through your Poinu account. Some events may also offer physical ticket delivery.
Ticket transfer availability depends on the event organizer’s policy. If enabled, you will see a Transfer Ticket option in your order details.
Digital tickets can always be re-accessed through your Poinu account. For physical tickets, please contact customer support.
Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer’s refund policy. Please review the refund terms on the event page before purchasing.
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, eligible customers will typically receive a full refund, including service fees, within 10–15 business days.
