We understand that unexpected situations may prevent you from attending an event, and this policy
is designed to clearly outline when refunds are available and how they are processed.
1. General Refund Policy
Bytevision Technology LLP (operating as Poinu) processes refunds strictly in accordance with the refund policy set by each event organizer.
Refund policies may vary by event and are clearly displayed on the event listing page and during the checkout process.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the refund policy applicable to that specific event.
It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to review these details before completing the purchase.
2. Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, ticket purchasers will generally be eligible for a full refund,
including applicable service fees.
Refunds for canceled events are processed automatically within 10–15 business days and will be credited to the original payment method
used at checkout. If the original payment method is no longer valid, Poinu will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
3. Event Postponements and Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will usually remain valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, refund eligibility will depend on the event organizer’s policy.
Some organizers may offer refunds, while others may only allow ticket transfers.
Updated instructions will be communicated to ticket holders via email once the event status changes.
4. Voluntary Refund Requests
Refund requests made for personal reasons (for example, inability to attend the event) are subject to the event organizer’s refund policy.
Cancellations should be done within 7 days of the ticket purchase. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 days.
Many events operate under a No Refund policy for voluntary cancellations, while some may allow refunds within a limited timeframe.
To request a refund, log in to your Poinu account, navigate to My Orders, select the relevant order, and click Request Refund.
Requests will be reviewed in accordance with the event’s stated policy.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, processing times vary depending on the payment method used.
Please note that while Poinu initiates refunds promptly, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable, even if an event is canceled:
- Delivery fees for physical tickets that have already been shipped
- Donation portions of ticket prices (unless stated otherwise)
- Ticket insurance fees
7. Fraudulent Purchases
Refunds will not be issued for tickets that are determined to have been purchased fraudulently or in violation of Poinu’s Terms of Service.
8. Exceptions
In rare and exceptional circumstances, Bytevision Technology LLP (operating as Poinu) reserves the right to issue refunds outside the standard policy at its sole discretion.
Such cases are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
