1. INTRODUCTION
This document is an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder, including amended provisions relating to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website https://poinu.in
(“Website”), mobile site, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is owned and operated by Bytevision Technology LLP, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at:

(Poinu Event Management, “Poinu”, “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your use of the Platform constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform Owner.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase tickets independently.
Users below 18 may use the Platform only under parental or guardian supervision.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. SERVICES PROVIDED
Poinu is an internet-based ticketing and event management platform providing:
Event listings (concerts, shows, workshops, sports, plays, community events, etc.)
Ticket browsing, booking, ordering, and issuance of electronic tickets
Digital ticket delivery (QR code/e-ticket)
Booking history and notifications
Customer support services
Refund processing as per applicable policy
Poinu acts solely as an intermediary between event organizers and users unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not own, manage, or control events, venues, performers, or organizers.
5. TICKET PURCHASE & ORDER POLICY
Ticket prices are determined by event organizers.
Prices are subject to change until checkout is completed.
All tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Convenience fees, platform fees, and payment gateway charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Such additional charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Upon initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract for the purchase of Services.
6. PAYMENT & PRICING
Accepted payment methods may include:
UPI
Debit/Credit Cards
Net Banking
Wallets or other payment options supported by payment gateway providers
Poinu does not control event inventory or pricing. Any pricing updates before payment confirmation will be displayed at checkout and deemed accepted upon payment confirmation.
7. REFUND, CANCELLATION & EVENT CHANGES
Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy published on the Platform.
In case of event cancellation by the organizer, refunds will be processed as per organizer policy.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets typically remain valid for the new date unless otherwise specified.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 10-15 working days, depending on the payment provider's timelines.
8. TICKET USE & ENTRY
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, time, and venue mentioned.
Users must present a valid QR code/e-ticket at entry.
Unauthorized duplication, resale, or commercial transfer of tickets is prohibited unless permitted by the organizer.
Admission remains subject to organizer and venue policies.
9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purposes.
Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
Upload, post, or transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable laws.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:
Design
Layout
Logos
Graphics
Text
Software
is owned by or licensed to Poinu and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You shall not claim any ownership rights or reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Neither we nor any third party provide any warranty or guarantee regarding:
Accuracy
Timeliness
Performance
Completeness
Suitability of information or Services
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poinu shall not be liable for:
Event quality or conduct
Acts or omissions of event organizers
Injury, loss, or damage occurring at event venues
Technical failures beyond reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Breach of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws
Infringement of third-party rights
Misuse of the Platform
14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Upon accessing such links, you will be governed by their respective terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Manipur, India.
17. NOTICES
All communications and notices shall be in English and shall be deemed valid when:

Posted on the Platform
Delivered to the registered address
18. VARIATION & MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
